Essex Police have been granted a Production Order re unbroadcast footage of the recent Dale Farm evictions following a fiercly contested application made before HHJ Gratwicke at the Chelmsford Crown Court.
James Lofthouse of 1 Gray’s Inn Square, a specialist in public order offences and police law, acted for Essex Police.
The case has been widely reported in the national media. One such report is contained in the Guardian newspaper.
